(Cir 1790-After 1841)
There seem to have been a couple of Ann Haslams born each year in Bolton around 1790. The two below are the only ones with Richard as father which seems not a bad guess considering the name of her first child and the fact that David's father was likely Edward.
She worked as a Female Servant in 1841 and resided at 7 Evans Street, Chorlton upon Medlock, Manchester. 4
She worked as a Housekeeper in 1851 and resided at Oldham Road, Manchester. 5
Ann married Robert Greathead, son of William Greathead and Martha, on 1 Jan 1808 in Bolton Le Moors, Lancashire.1 (Robert Greathead was christened on 25 Feb 1789 in Saint Peter, Bolton Le Moors, Lancashire 6 and was buried on 21 Nov 1813 in Bolton, Lancashire.)
Ann next married David Bradley, son of Edward Bradley and Mary, on 14 Nov 1814 in Cathedral, Manchester, Lancashire.2 (David Bradley was christened on 26 Mar 1786 in Cathedral, Manchester, Lancashire 7 and died before Jun 1841 8.)

We have not produced a certificate as the woman was born before the 1800's and the husbands name is not David.
All the references you asked us to check except for the entry M 1844 20 413 record the death of a child under the age of 16.
M 1844 20 413 records the death of an adult . As the law stands at present the only way we can issue information is in the form of a certificate.
I can advise that neither the name Robert Greathead or husband's name David is recorded at the entry.
